The product looks amazing! Love the concept and the idea, overall a great purchase! The product was advertised appropriately as oversized which I may have underestimated. It is likely due to the size, but the recon coat sticks out rather than laying on the body which may be due to the material (I am trying to figure out how to loosen it up haha). Over all amazing quality and product is as advertised! Thank you for your products!

I’ve had my eye on this for months but have been unsure due to sizing and having a petite figure. finally decided to get it as a Christmas gift to myself and I’m glad I did, it has an oversized fit that looks intentional and just right. Gotta say though, the new smell on this is really harsh and strong. for ref, I’m 5’0 120~lbs and bought a M!

First, I love the aesthetic and design. The material is nice and thick and feels sufficiently military/industrial to fit the cyber punk theme, however, the item ripped literally the first time I tried it on. The area that ripped sits right below the arm pit. As I was putting it on I heard and felt the seam rip. My spouse does a lot of sewing and pointed out that given the heavy material and the stress that would be placed on that seam, it should have been double stitched at the very least in order to accommodate the stress. The review only accommodates one photo so the detail may be lost in the collage. My spouse is working on getting a sufficiently thick sewing needle in order to add our own double stitching, but it should not have been necessary in the first place. I'll admit that I'm thicker in my shoulders and chest, so my body type doesn't fit the slim ninja aesthetic of many of the models in the photos. 3 stars since the item is still usable with some extra work.

First time I got this I wasn't sure if I would really wear this out in public but I just did and got a ton of compliments.

Looks cool, works to almost evey shirt out there and and protect my clothes from becoming wet. it's a 10/10

Nice coat! I really love the design and am super happy to have it. Wonderful quality too! Only thing would be the size and smell. I got it in L and think it's a bit over-sized for me, but that won't stop me wearing it ^^ The smell also got better after a careful wash.

I absolutely love my new Fabric of the universe light recon coat! It fits perfectly and makes me look like a superhero! I could even wear it on stage if I wanted! I’m one of the members of the legendary rap group Grandmaster Flash & The Furious 5 (Rahiem)

Fits great, and though a zipper would make for easier access it might kill the look. Bought this as a test run of your build quality while considering buying the deep recon jacket. Suffice to say, test passed

Unlike the pictures it'm hardly hung loose on me the same way at first, till a few scenes popped, I can't tell if I need this a size up cause I'm over six foot or if it's simply the angles and the size of the hoodie. I still adore it either way

I totally love the style and it fits the outfit in my head perfectly. But as the first Review already stated the coat stands out on the front and back (at least in my case) which looked more like an umbrella rather than a coat. But I have a solution: I wrapped around each end of the „loose belts“ one keyring and a carabiner hook (You‘ll see in the attached picture what I am talking about :D) and it works perfectly! Maybe the FOTU Design Team can rework the coats or, if a 3rd version is coming in the future, attach some hooks. Anyways I‘m hoping for more creative and unique stuff from you guys, keep it up!

This was a great buy. I love its versatile and water-resistant.
